PF Impact crusher
Impact crusher is mainly used for breaking crisp material under impact force. Compared with jaw crusher, cone crusher and roller crusher, impact crusher has these features as follows:
A．It has big breaking ratio over 50, while that of the crushers mentioned above is difficult to exceed 20.
B．It can obtain good final grain size. Under impact force, the material usually is broken along the weakest layer, so it can obtain cubic grain size with high probability and needle grain size less than 10% compared with over 15% of other crushers. With cubic grain size, impact crusher is used as final crusher for processing concrete bone material in the road-building.
With good features mentioned above, impact crusher plays an important role among other crushers. But it also has drawbacks, for example, the wear parts such as plate hammer, impact plate are subject to abrasion.
In order to overcome above drawbacks, the newly designed crusher by our company has perfected structure of rotor and improved clamping method of plate hammer which is made of by high-wear material suitable for breaking hard rock. As per the purpose of usage, such impact crusher has three types namely I, II and III. Type I is suitable for breaking material with medium hardness, and type II and III are used for hard-rock with anti-pressure strength up to 300MPa such as basalt and andesite which shall be crushed to grading stone material less than 19.6mm. At present, such crusher has been used in many road construction projects.
Features and advantages of impact crusher
１、For newly designed crusher, our company has perfected structure of rotor on basis of analyzing national and foreign crushers combining with opinions from customers. The connecting between rotor and shaft selects lock disk, which reduces the manufacturing precision of shaft and hole and can easily connected with bolts instead of using heating and cooling equipment.
2、With even screen plate designed, it is available to obtain even final size within narrow range.
３、With hydraulic adjusting and protective structure, the gap between plate hammer and impact plate can be adjusted by hydraulic system, which largely reduces oversize or undersize material.
４、With high wear plate hammer that is shaped by complex casting technique combining with wear alloy material, it has largely improved the abrasion, impact and hardness of plate hammer.
PF1315 impact crusher was designed in 2007, which was listed as provincial-grade innovative project and had been accepted in the same year after appraisement of specialist.
